Exchange/Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your piece of jewellery. If you are not happy, please send me an e-mail within one week of receiving your jewellery and I can see what I can do to make sure we change this. Pieces can be altered or exchanged within reason. In certain situations a gift card or a credit may be exchanged for your piece. Exchanges can take between 10-14 business days after I have received your originally purchased item back.
Custom orders cannot be refunded. These pieces are unique and designed just for you. If an item is not to your satisfaction then please send me an email, and we can discuss the steps I will take to turn your frown upside down!
